Need clarification, please, re "legal guardian" for bringing under-21 to Neko Case. Is that *literally* legal guardian or just adult willing to be reponsible during event?

The law requires parent or legal guardian. The are several ways to implement legal guardianship, but with that said PCMH does not offer legal advice or services. For example, we have accepted notarized documents of guardianship for several events. Please note that any parent or guardian accepts all responsibility for minors in their care. I hope this information helps.
